How much is a pet portrait?The cost of pet portraits change depending on which product and size you choose. To find out the cost, please choose a product from our shop, select any options and the price will be displayed.
What is the turn around time on a pet portrait?If the photo you upload satisfies our photo guidelines, then please allow 5-7 business days to receive your tracking number. For shipping estimates, this depends on your location specified in the delivery address and is quoted by the courier as 4-12 business days.
Do pets need to be together in one photo?If you would like 2 or more pets in the same portrait, yes we can absolutely do this, however, please send separate photos of each pet though. Our artists create them individually.
Do you provide artwork proofs?
Yes, we aim to email you an artwork proof within 24 hours. This time frame can increase though during our busiest periods like the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period and the Holiday season.
Also please note, if you don't provide us with an email address when you order, we are unable to send you an artwork proof, so your order will just be completed and shipped out.
If artwork proofs's are not responded to within 48 hours then we will proceed with printing.
Do you do cats, horses, birds, sloths?Yes, we can create a portrait of cats, horses, any pet, no problem at all. We've created artwork of all different types of pets, I don't think we've ever done a sloth. 🤨 Always a first time though 😁
What styles do you offer?Currently we offer lifelike digital illustrations created manually, which look great on anything from coffee mugs to a wall canvas.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept Paypal, Shopify Payments, Visa and Mastercard
Is buying online safe?Printypaw.com uses SSL 256-bit encryption across our site to encrypt all the traffic between our site and you. We don't store any of your payment information, this is all handled by our payment processors; Paypal and Shopify Payments. Both of which are PCI compliant.

How do i place an order?Visit our Shop and navigate to the product you're interested in. Select any relevant product options like background color, then add to cart and checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?No account needed. You can checkout as a guest.

Do you have a guarantee?
Absolutely. We want to make sure all our customers are totally happy. You can cancel your order at any time before it goes to print.
So if you don't like our artwork proof and we can't fix it, then you will receive a full refund.Plus if your artwork is damaged when you receive it, we can send another one out. Just email support @ printypaw.com (remove the spaces) with a photo of the damaged product and we will get it sorted.
